We swim seven days a week, but we have organised group swims as follows:

Tuesday	11 a.m.
Friday	11 a.m.
Sunday	11.a.m.

 

Swims on other days and times are organised through our private Facebook group.

In 2017 we introduced early evening swims between May and September, when the nights are lighter and the sea a bit warmer!
