There is no obligation to join the club at any time and the safety briefing is free if you simply want to know more about the sea/beach environment, hazards and general sea safety; this forms part of our community interest objectives.
Why induction matters
We are a volunteer-led not-for-profit community interest company and want to encourage activities that promotes physical and mental well-being, from our unique location next to the sea.
Many of our members enjoy sea swimming and the club has a long history associated with this. Even though your membership provides clubhouse access, the induction ensures you're informed about risks—especially as all activities are at your own risk. Even if you opt out after induction, you’ll gain valuable water safety awareness.
We look forward to seeing you at the Clubhouse!
